  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
